Mr. Pilli, a resident of Northern Virginia, attended the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware where he graduated with honors. He completed his education at the Michigan State University of Law where he earned his law degree in 1989.

Mr. Pilli primarily has based his law in the Northern Virginia area, including the Counties of Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William, Loudon, Fauquier, Stafford, and the Cities of Fairfax, Vienna, Herndon, Manassas Park, Manassas, and he has represented clients statewide. During this time period, Mr. Pilli represented countless defendants charged with various misdemeanor and felony charges ranging from speeding charges to rape and robbery in the General District, Juvenile, Circuit Court, Appeals Court, and Domestic Relations.
Mr. Pilli began his solo practitioner in 1990 in Fairfax, Virginia. During that time, Mr. Pilli assisted in the defense of thousands of defendants.

In addition to representation of clients in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Mr. Pilli has also developed an extensive practice of representation of clients charged with traffic and criminal offenses.

Further, Mr. Pilli has accomplishments in Personal Injury Litigation, Auto Accidents, Slip & Fall, Basic Compensation Law, Wills & Trusts, Contract Litigating, and Domestic Divorce Cases.
